This video continues where the previous video segment leaves off and provides an overview of the mussel harvesting
process. Mussel socks are returned to the ocean, attached to ropes in the field, and left to grow for about 1
year until they reach market size. Freshly harvested mussels can stay alive out of the water for ~ 2 weeks without a
problem.
