The final video in a series of 3, this video details the steps involved in mussel processing (separation, cleaning,
packaging). This video provides a glimpse into the mussel processing operations at Atlantic AquaFarms in Orwell Cove,
Prince Edward Island. When the product arrives from harvesting, mussels are removed/stripped from the line, cleaned,
and placed into holding tanks with clean, oxygenated seawater until final processing. Final processing involves
declumping, grading, de-bearding, and bagging.
